The boy is 17. He died becasue they didn’t get him to the hospital in time. This occurred in Pakistan. He was accused of stealing something as witnessed by the undercover police office that is grabbing him by the hair and turning him over to the rangers. The rangers were just going to take him in, but the trigger happy motherfvcker who shot him said he was grabbing his gun barrel, so he had to shoot him. Everyone has been arrested & will be tried.
